Project Goal
Our goal with this project was to continue the same aesthetic throughout the various levels of care in the community. This means that, as health needs change, residents do not have to compromise on thoughtful design and finishes when they progress to higher levels of care. These consistent elements help to ease transitions for the residents while allowing them to maintain the pride that they have in their home.
DESIGN INSPIRATION:
THE CLEAR WATERS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO
The Preserve features a casual coastal interior that is relaxed and comfortable without compromising elegance. The Studio 1∙2∙1 design team found inspiration in the nearby coast and Gulf of Mexico waters. A curated palette of cool sea blues and sandy neutrals warmed with pops of sunset orange gives the sense of rejuvenation one feels while relaxing at the beach.
What Do The Residents Think?
These smiles speak for themselves! Seeing this response from the residents makes the entire design process worth it. We are so happy that they love their new home! This is what successful design looks like at Studio 1∙2∙1.
