The Preserve

New Construction | Fort Myers, FL | Completed 2020

This three-story senior living community in Fort Myers, Florida, accommodates 113 residents: offering assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing care. It is the first building to break ground at Hope Preserve, a healthcare campus planned to include multiple facilities and organizations dedicated to caring for seniors. 

The design of the interior environment began with the goal of creating a continuous level of finish and detailing throughout the various levels of care. Our team found inspiration in the nearby coastline and Gulf of Mexico waters. A curated color palette of cool sea blues and sandy neutrals warmed with pops of sunset orange evoke the sense of rejuvenation one receives when relaxing on the beach.
